Cancellation Policy

Please provide us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or adjust your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply to late cancellations & no shows.

Please provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your treatment. 

If a client fails to cancel within 12 hours multiple times (2 or more), they may be asked to pre-pay for future services.

If you do need to cancel your appointment with late notice, it would be greatly appreciated if you can find someone to fill your appointment (friend or family member).  Filling your existing appointment will void the late cancellation fee.

See below for the applicable fees governed by our cancellation policy:

  • 100% Less than three hours, including no shows.

  • 50% Less than 12 hours but more than three hours.  

  • 0% If the appointment is filled by someone else.
